目的：探析安徽省医院信息化人才队伍建设情况，为安徽省医院信息化建设及未来规划提出合理化建议。方法：对中国医院协会信息管理专业委员会（CHIMA）2016—2017年安徽省医院信息化人才队伍建设相关数据进行整理分析。结果：在参与调查的155家医院中，平均每家医院信息部门工作人员5.5人，52.9%的医院表示现有信息部门工作人员数量不能满足医院信息化建设需求，医院信息化复合型人才匮乏，技术人员数量、职称、学历现状欠佳。结论：建议形成“政府—高校—医院”信息化建设人才培养链，实现人才队伍建设的可持续发展；制定不
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the construction of hospitalized information talents in Anhui Province，and to provide rationalization suggestions for the information construction and future planning of hospitals in Anhui Province. Methods The relevant data of the informationization talent team construction of hospitals in Anhui from China Hospital Information Management Committee (CHIMA) from 2016 to 2017 was analyzed. Results Among the 155 hospitals included，the average number of staff in each hospital's information department was 5.5，and 52.9% of the hospitals indicated that the number of staff in the existing information department could not meet the needs of hospital information construction，and the hospitalized information-based compound talents were scarce. The number of technicians，titles，and academic qualifications is not good. Conclusion It is suggested to form a “government—university—hospital” informatization construction talent training chain to achieve sustainable development of talent team construction；focus on cultivating compound talents； improve the information department management and title evaluation methods to integrate talent resources in the region.
