摘要:
目的：评价江苏省中医医院医疗资源配置效率，提出优化建议。方法：利用Malmquist指数，对2012—2017年江苏省及全国医疗资源投入产出数据进行效率测算及分解分析。结果：江苏省中医医院医疗资源配置效率受医疗技术进步的影响，且效率变化存在时间差异。结论：江苏省中医医院应重视技术发展及成果转化，注重组织内部科学管理，把握发展有利时机，形成中医药核心竞争力。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of medical resource allocation in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Jiangsu and propose optimization suggestions. Methods Using the Malmquist index，the efficiency measurement and decomposition analysis of medical resources input and output data of Jiangsu Province and the whole country from 2012 to 2017 were carried out. Results The efficiency of medical resource allocation in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Jiangsu was affected by medical technology advancement，and there were time differences in efficiency changes. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Jiangsu should pay attention to technology development and transformation of achievements，pay attention to the internal scientific management of the organization，grasp the favorable opportunity for development，and form the core competitiveness of Chinese medicine.
