摘要:
总结归纳我国长期照护保险16个试点城市以及德国、日本、韩国在长期照护保险的支付范围、支付标准及支付方式方面的具体政策，提出规范长期照护保险基金支付范围、优先支付急需服务项目、多种支付形式并存、失智照护单列、明确定额结算和限额结算，以及选择合适的支付比例等建议。
Abstract:
This paper summarized the 16 pilot cities in China of long-term care insurance and policies regarding payment scope， payment standards and payment methods for long-term care insurance in Germany， Japan and South Korea. This paper proposed that we should regulate the payment scope of long-term care insurance funds， pay for urgently needed services in priority， allow coexistence of different payment forms， take dementia care seriously，define fixed settlement and limited settlement clear and settle appropriate payment ratios.
