摘要:
以广州市海珠区老年居民以及医养结合服务养老机构为调查对象，在公共产品供给分离理论指导下，通过实地观察、深度访谈和问卷调查等方法，分析医养结合养老服务的供需状况。研究发现，目前广州市医养结合服务存在制度安排不妥、生产效率偏低、有效需求不足等问题，建议明确服务标准、健全制度设计、加强协同治理与扩大保障范围，促进“老有所养”“老有所医”目标的实现。
Abstract:
Taking the elderly residents of Haizhu District of Guangzhou City and the medical and nursing combined service pension institutions as the survey object， under the guidance of the theory of public product supply separation， through the field observation， in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys， the supply and demand situation of the combination of medical care and old-age care services was analyzed. The study found that the current medical and health care services in Guangzhou have problems such as inadequate institutional arrangements， low production efficiency， and insufficient effective demand. It is recommended to clarify service standards， improve system design， strengthen collaborative governance and expand coverage scope to realize “a sense of security”and “an access to medical care”.
