摘要:: 新一轮医改将实施医用耗材零加成政策，势必对公立医院经济运营产生重大影响，医院应成立医用耗材管理委员会并实施目录管控，借力信息技术建立医用耗材管控平台，实施全面预算管理与成本管控，关注医保政策，积极与监管部门沟通，建立耗材评估与追踪机制，从而提升公立医院运营管理水平。

Abstract:: The new round of medical reform will implement the zero-plus policy for medical consumables， which will inevitably have a major impact on the economic operation of public hospitals. The hospital should set up a medical consumables management committee and implement catalogue control， use information technology to establish a medical consumables management and control platform， and implement comprehensive budget management and cost control， pay attention to medical insurance policies， actively communicate with regulatory authorities， establish consumables assessment and tracking mechanisms， thereby improving the operational management level of public hospitals.
