摘要:
利用2018年全国第六次卫生服务调查的江苏省数据，反映家庭医生签约服务对慢病患者卫生服务利用的影响。结果显示，慢病患者对家庭医生签约服务的知晓率及签约率总体偏低；相比未签约慢病患者，签约患者获得更多的健康管理服务，更多采用遵医嘱治疗的方式，基层就诊比例较高，就诊费用总体低于未签约患者。应多途径普及推广家庭医生签约服务，提高慢病患者对家庭医生的认可度及信任感，有效提高签约率，从而实现对慢病患者的有效管理。
Abstract:
Using the data of sixth national health service survey of Jiangsu province in 2018， this paper reflected the impact of family doctor contracting services on the utilization of health services for chronically ill patients. The results showed that the awareness rate and contracting rate of contracting services of family doctors were generally low；compared with those uncontracted， contracted patients received more health management services， and more were treated according to doctor's advice. The proportion fo contracted patients is higher in primary levels， and the overall cost of treatment is lower than that of uncontracted patients. Multi-channel popularization of family doctor contracting services should be promoted to improve the recognition and trust among chronically ill patients， and effectively increase the contracting rate， so as to achieve effective management of chronically ill patients.
