摘要:
利用2018年江苏省第六次卫生服务调查中住院患者满意度相关信息,探讨住院患者医疗服务满意度及其影响因素。结果显示:住院患者总体满意度为76%,病房环境、医护人员态度、解释治疗方案清晰程度、倾听病情述说认真程度、住院花费、医保报销比例以及家庭人均年收入等,是影响满意度评价的主要因素。医院应更多关注医疗服务过程,提高医疗服务质量;政府要采取措施降低患者医疗负担,提高医保报销比例,从而提高患者满意度。
Abstract:
Using the data on in patient satisfaction in the sixth health service survey in Jiangsu Province in 2018, the medical service satisfaction of inpatients and its influencing factors were discussed. The results showed that the overall satisfaction rate of the inpatients was 76%. The ward environment, the attitude of the medical staff, the clarity of the explanation of the treatment plan, the seriousness of listening to the condition, the hospitalization expenses, the proportion of medical insurance reimbursement, and the annual income of the family were major factors that affected the satisfaction evaluation. Hospitals should pay more attention to the medical service process and improve the quality of medical services;the government should take measures to reduce the medical burden of patients and increase the proportion of medical insurance reimbursement, thereby improving patient satisfaction.
