摘要:
以广州市某三甲医院为例，核算其手术类项目价格调整前后的手术收入和成本情况。结果显示，价格改革提升了手术类项目的成本补偿比，但不同专科之间的成本补偿比差异较大。为应对价格改革的挑战，医院要以成本为核心，建立价格动态调整机制，并根据手术级别和专科类别进行精准化项目价格调整。
Abstract:
Taking a IIIA hospital in Guangzhou as an example， this paper accounted the surgical income and cost before and after the price adjustment of the surgical items. Results showed that the price reform has improved the cost compensation ratio of the surgical projects， but the cost compensation ratio between different specialists was different. In order to cope with the challenge of price reform， the hospital should take the cost as the core， establish a price dynamic adjustment mechanism， and adjust the price of the precision project according to the operation level and specialist category.
