摘要:
目的：了解老年人群健康养老服务需求及影响因素，为我国积极应对人口老龄化、加快发展健康养老服务提供政策建议。方法：对太原市60岁及以上老年人群进行抽样调查，建立Logistic回归模型分析需求影响因素。结果：老年人群健康状况不容乐观，需要医疗保健、居家生活照料、心理护理等服务，倾向于选择传统家庭式养老，并认为政府在服务供给中应发挥主体作用；老年人健康状况、年龄、婚姻、子女数、月收入水平等因素在不同程度上影响其对健康养老服务的需求。结论：以需求为导向，养老服务供给应以“健康老龄化”为中心，围绕传统养老观念，在服务路径上破题创新，积极探索多元化、多路径和分层的服务供给新模式。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the needs and influencing factors of health care services for the elderly，and provide policy recommendations for China to actively respond to the population aging. Methods A survey was conducted on the elderly population aged 60 and over in Taiyuan City，and a logistic regression model was established to analyze the factors affecting the demand. Results The health status of the elderly population was not optimistic. They required medical care，home life care，psychological care and other services. They tended to choose traditional family-based care，and believed that the government should play a major role in service provision. Factors such as the health status，age，marriage status，the number of children and the monthly income level affected their demand for health care services to varying degrees. Conclusion Demand-oriented，the supply of aged care services should focus on “healthy aging”，the traditional concept of pension and the innovation in the service path，and actively explore a new model of diversified，multi-path and tiered service supply.
