摘要:
目的：厘清广东省现行的药品集中采购模式，为完善药品采购政策提供参考。方法：通过文献研究、企业调研等方法，归纳总结广东省三个药品交易平台及各地市最新一轮药品采购政策。结果：广东省三个药品交易平台在药品目录、限价规定、竞价分组、入围指标等方面存在差异。结论：在政府统一引导下，加快药品采购信息化建设，发挥交易平台之间的市场竞争效应，合理制定药品限价，完善药品质量评审体系。
Abstract:
Objective To clarify the current centralized drug procurement model in Guangdong Province and provide reference for improving drug procurement policies. Methods Through literature research，enterprise research and other methods，this paper summed up the three drug trading platforms in Guangdong Province and the latest round of drug procurement policies in various cities. Results There were differences in the three drug trading platforms in Guangdong Province in terms of drug list，price limit，bidding group，and finalist indicators. Conclusion Under the unified guidance of the government，we should accelerate the information construction of drug procurement，give play to the market competition effect between trading platforms，rationally formulate drug price limits，and improve the drug quality evaluation system.
