目的:对MRI临床服务利用率进行客观评价,为MRI的配置管理提供依据。方法:对2013—2017年样本医院MRI的临床服务利用总体情况进行描述性分析;从场强、设备所在医院级别以及进口/国产三个维度对MRI的实际临床服务利用率进行对比分析。结果:MRI配置数量快速增加,单台设备负荷不断加重;不同场强MRI使用的功能界限不清,高端设备使用偏离初衷;二级医院MRI服务效率偏低,三级医院MRI负担较重;国产MRI配置数量增加,但实际服务效率远逊于进口设备。结论:加强对单台MRI理想工作负荷的科学测算;强化并明确不
Abstract:
Objective To objectively evaluate the clinical service utilization rate of MRI and provide a basis for MRI configuration management. Methods Descriptive analysis was carried out on the overall clinical utilization of MRI in the sample hospitals from 2013 to 2017. The actual clinical service utilization rates of MRI were compared and analyzed from the three dimensions of field strength,hospital level and import/domestic status. Results The number of MRI configurations increased rapidly,and the load of single equipment increased continuously. The function boundaries of MRI used in different field strengths were unclear. The use of high-end equipment deviated from the original intention. The efficiency of MRI services in secondary hospitals was low,and the MRI burden of tertiary hospitals was heavy. The number of domestic MRI configurations has increased,but actual service efficiency was far less than imported equipment. Conclusion We should strengthen the scientific calculation of the ideal workload of one single MRI,strengthen and clarify the functional classification of different field strength of MRI,rationally allocate equipment resources,increase policy support and improve the function and quality of domestic MRI.
