摘要:
江苏连云港赣榆区实施紧密型医联体建设，搭建了“五大中心”平台，形成了医疗联合、网络联通、医保联保、专科联盟、专家联动的诊疗新格局，但仍存在协同紧密度不强、利益分配机制不健全等问题，紧密型医联体建设与发展面临严峻挑战。
Abstract:
The Ganyu District of Lianyungang，Jiangsu Province has implemented the construction of a compact medical consortium and established a “five major centers” platform，which has formed a new pattern of diagnosis and treatment of medical union，network connectivity，medical insurance joint insurance，specialist alliance，and expert linkage. This platform still has problems including weak compactness and inadequate benefit distribution mechanism，which pose serious challenges to the construction and development of the compact medical consortium.
