目的:探讨上海市各级医院医生职业高原现状及影响因素,以期采取有效措施降低医生职业高原水平,减少医生离职现象。方法:基于健康生态学视角,对上海市5家三级医院、10家二级医院以及17家基层医院的医生进行抽样调查,并进行多元线性回归分析。结果:各级医院职业高原得分依次为:基层医院>二级医院>总体医院>三级医院,上海市各级医院总体上进入了潜职业高原;此外,影响各级医院的因素各不相同,其中性别、医龄、抗压能力、同事关系、工作量满意度、经济回报满意度、职业风险等因素对各级医院医生职业高原均有显著影响。结论:相关部门应
Abstract:
Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of the occupational plateau of doctors at all levels of hospitals in Shanghai,with a view to taking effective measures to reduce doctors leaving office. Methods Based on the perspective of health ecology,a survey was conducted among doctors in 5 tertiary hospitals,10 secondary hospitals,and 17 primary hospitals in Shanghai,and multiple linear regression analysis was performed. Results The occupational plateau scores of the hospitals at all levels were as follows: grassroots hospitals> secondary hospitals> general hospitals> tertiary hospitals . Hospitals in Shanghai have entered the potential occupation plateau. The factors affecting hospitals at all levels were different in hospitals at different levels,including factors such as gender,working age,stress resistance,co-worker relationship,workload satisfaction,economic return satisfaction,and occupational risk. Conclusion Relevant departments should formulate personalized strategies based on the actual situation of hospitals at all levels in order to improve the enthusiasm,initiative and innovation of doctors at all levels of hospitals,and promote them to provide patients with better medical services.
