基于县域医共体背景，调查舟山市36家乡镇卫生院、社区卫生服务中心的检验机构设置、检验人员配置、检验仪器设备配置、检验项目开展、质量控制等情况，对基层医疗机构检验能力进行研究。结果显示，91.67%的基层医疗机构开展检验服务；已开展的检验项目中，血常规、尿常规开展率 100%，肝功能、肾功能开展率90%以上；检验人员、设备配置总体情况良好；但实验室分区明确率、室间质量控制覆盖率、送到区域检验共享中心检验的项目情况不够理想。对此，提出建议：提高县域医共体牵头医院和基层医疗机构检验能力、发展区域检验共享中心、加
Abstract:
Based on the background of the county-level medical alliance, the investigation were carried out on the establishment of inspection institutions, the configuration of inspection staffs, the configuration of inspection instruments and equipment, the development of inspection projects, and quality control from 36 township hospitals and community health service centers in Zhoushan City, and study on the inspection ability of primary medical institutions. The results show that 91.67% of primary medical institutions carry out inspection services. Among the inspection projects that have been carried out, the development rates of blood and urine routine are 100%, and the development rates of liver and kidney function are more than 90%. The overall situation of inspection staffs and equipment configuration is good. However, the clarification rate of the laboratory, the quality control coverage rate between the rooms, and the inspection items sent to the regional inspection and sharing center are not ideal. In this regard, suggestions are made to improve the inspection capabilities of the county-level medical alliance leading hospitals and primary medical institutions, develop regional inspection sharing centers, and strengthen the homogenization management of inspection institutions.
