目的:分析职业疲劳对医师多点执业意愿的影响。方法:对广东省公立医院1 843名医生展开问卷调查,采用结构方程模型分析医师多点执业意愿的影响因素。结果:职业疲劳对医师多点执业意愿有显著负向影响,性别、年龄、技术职称、医院态度是医师多点执业意愿的影响因素。结论:医师普遍面临较严重的职业疲劳,影响多点执业意愿;应重视扩大医疗人力资源规模、缓解医师职业疲劳、完善多点执业的配套政策,促进医师多点执业政策落实。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the impact of occupational fatigue on physicians' multi-site practice willingness. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1,843 doctors in public hospitals in Guangdong Province, and a structural equation model was used to analyze the influencing factors of doctors' willingness on multi-site practice. Results Occupational fatigue had a significant negative impact on physicians' willingness to practice at multi-sites. Gender, age, technical title, and hospital attitude were influence factors for physicians' willingness to practice at multi-sites. Conclusion Physicians generally face serious occupational fatigue, and affects their willingness to practice at multi-sites. Attentions should be paid to expand the scale of medical human resources, alleviating physicians' occupational fatigue, and improving supporting policies. These will be benefit for implementing physicians' multi-site practice policy.
