摘要:
新医改以来，我国基层卫生信息化得到显著发展，但也存在发展不平衡、运营保障不到位、安全体系不健全、资源共享程度不高等问题。对此，从整合策略、业务内容、运维和安全保障等方面，提出进一步加强基层卫生信息化建设的建议。
Abstract:
After new health system reform，the level of primary health information in China has been greatly improved. However，there are still problems such as uneven development of primary health information，operation and maintenance guarantee mechanism，uneven security system and unsatisfactory connectivity. In this regard，we put forward suggestions to further strengthen the construction of primary health informatization from the aspects of integration strategy，business content，operation and maintenance，security，and so on.
