摘要:
新冠肺炎疫情对公立医院的经济运行和管理产生了较大影响。以武汉市新冠肺炎危急重症定点医院——同济医院的实践为例，从收支管理、资金管理、物资管理等方面，阐述医院财务管理如何兼顾效率、风险和合规性，为突发公共卫生事件下公立医院财务管理提供参考。
Abstract:
The epidemic situation of COVID-19 has a great impact on the economic operation and management of public hospitals. Taking the practice of COVID-19 Critical and Severe designated Wuhan Hospital--Tongji Hospital as an example，describe the hospital financial management of how to takes efficiency，risk and compliance into comprehensive consideration，and analysis from the aspects of revenue and expenditure management，fund management，material management and so on. It provides reference for financial management in public hospital under the public health emergencies.
