摘要:
区块链技术具有去中心化、不可篡改性和透明性特征，在保障交易安全性与数据完整性方面发挥重要作用。区块链技术下的“共识机制”有助于防止财务舞弊，“溯源机制”有助于保障医疗资产安全，“智能合约”有助于强化医院预算管理。对此，应构建由区块链数据中心、实时清算服务器、区块链技术资源服务器及区块链财务应用中心组成的医院财务管理平台，为保障医疗资产安全、提升医院财务管理能力奠定良好基础。
Abstract:
Blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization，non-tampering and transparency，and plays an important role in ensuring transaction security and data integrity. The “consensus mechanism”under the blockchain technology helps prevent financial fraud，the “source tracing mechanism” helps ensure the safety of medical assets，and the “smart contract” helps strengthen hospital budget management. In this regard，a hospital financial management platform consisting of a blockchain data center，a real-time clearing server，a blockchain technology resource server，and a blockchain financial application center should be constructed to lay a good foundation for ensuring the safety of medical assets and improving the hospital's financial management capabilities.
