摘要:
系统分析了新时代我国卫生经济政策体系面临的政治、社会、经济和组织制度等方面的环境因素，基于体系框架和制度结构理论，提出完善新时代我国卫生经济政策体系的基本思路，并从规划与资源配置、财政、价格、医保、薪酬、金融与保险、内部运营等方面提出具体的对策建议。
Abstract:
It systematically analyzes the environmental factors faced by China's health economic policy system in the new era,such as political,social,economic and organizational system,etc.Based on the institutional framework and institutional structure theory,it puts forward the basic ideas for improving China's health economic policy system in the new period.It also puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of planning and resource allocation,fisal input,price,medical security,salary,finance and insurance,internal operation,etc.
