摘要:
目的：分析基本药物的价格水平及变化趋势。方法：以江苏省系统用抗感染类基本药物为例，计算2014—2017年帕氏、拉氏、费氏和链式费氏价格指数，分析药品价格水平及变化趋势。结果：江苏省系统用抗感染类基本药物的价格整体呈下降趋势，不同等级医疗机构的价格存在差异，基层医疗机构的价格最低且稳定。结论：规范公立医疗机构抗感染类基本药物的使用，着重监管和调控二级和三级医疗机构的药物剂型和规格，从多方面入手维持基本药物价格水平的相对稳定。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the price level and changing trend of essential drugs.Methods Taking the anti-infective essential drugs in Jiangsu Province as an example,calculate the drug price indexes of Paasche,Laspeyres,Fisher and Chained Fisher from 2014 to 2017,and analysis the price level and changing trend.Results The price of anti-infective essential drugs for systematic use in Jiangsu Province shows a downward trend as a whole，the prices of different grades of medical institutions are different，and the prices of primary medical institutions are the lowest and stable.Conclusion Standardize the use of anti-infective essential drugs in public medical institutions,focus on supervising and regulating the dosage forms and specifications of secondary and tertiary medical institutions,and maintain the relatively stable price level of essential drugs from various aspects.
