摘要:
家庭医生制是医疗服务模式的一种延伸，体现了兼顾公平与效率、以人为本、公众利益最大化的价值取向，但在实施中仍存在自愿与强制、公平与效率、付费与免费等冲突。智慧医疗背景下，家庭医生制的改进策略包括：服务获得方提升获得感、服务提供方提升服务能力、服务管理方提升政策效果。
Abstract:
Family doctor system is an extension of medical service model,and it embodies the value orientation of giving consideration to fairness and efficiency,human-oriented and the maximization of public interest,but there are still conflicts in the implementation process,such as voluntary and forced,fairness and efficiency,payment and free.Under the background of intelligent medical,the improvement strategies of family doctor system including:service recipients increase their sense of acquisition,service providers improve service ability,and service managers enhance policy effect.
