摘要:
发生重大突发公共卫生事件时，医疗机构作为救治患者的集中场所，往往面临着人流量大、进院人员复杂、应急物资供应紧张等问题。对此，医疗机构要健全应急防控体系，通过人员筛查与分级管控、健康信息监测与共享、患者管理与人流密度控制、应急物资供应与调配等多措并举，确保医疗机构在发生重大突发公共卫生事件时不仅能有效救治患者，更能避免发生更大规模的聚集性、群体性公共卫生事件，确保医护人员工作、精神、心理状态稳定，医疗机构运行有序，群众生活不受影响，社会秩序保持稳定。
Abstract:
When major public health emergencies occur, medical institutions as a centralized place to treat patients,often face problems such as large flow of people, complicated hospital admissions,and shortage of emergency material supplies.In this regard, medical institutions should improve the emergency prevention and control system,and take measures such as personnel screening and grading management and control, health information monitoring and sharing,patient management and crowd density control, emergency material supplies and deployment,ensure that medical institutions can not only effectively treat patients when the major public health emergencies occur,but also avoid larger-scale aggregation and group character public health event.To ensure that the medical staff work,mental and psychological state is stable,the medical institutions operate in an orderly manner,the people's lives are not affected, and the social order remains stable.
