摘要:
通过对浙江省384家公立医院2020年1—2月经济运行情况分析，反映新冠肺炎疫情对各级公立医院产生的影响，如就诊人数急剧下降、医疗收入大幅减少、管理费用和人员支出明显增加、收支结余同比下降等。对此建议：进一步落实疫情防控有关财政补助政策，加大对公共卫生事业的投入，保障医疗机构正常运转；同时，医疗机构也要加强内部精细化管理，控制医疗业务成本，减少各类不必要支出，挖掘发展潜力，保证正常运行。
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of economic operation of 384 public hospitals in Zhejiang Province from January to February 2020,this paper reflects the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on public hospitals at all levels,such as a sharp decline in the number of patients,a sharp decrease in medical income,a significant increase in management expenses and personnel expenditure,and a decrease in the balance of income and expenditure compared with the same period last year.Suggestions on this:The government should provides further implement the relevant financial subsidy policies for epidemic prevention and control,increase investment in public health undertakings and ensure the normal operation of medical institutions.At the same time,medical institutions should also strengthen internal fine management,control medical business costs,reduce all kinds of unnecessary expenditure, tap the potential for development and ensure normal operation.
