摘要:
目前我国公立医院耗占比居高不下，医用耗材价格虚高、使用不合理以及管理体系不完善是医用耗材管控困难的直接原因。在此基础上，本文从耗材本身、利益相关主体、相互作用机制三个维度，对耗占比管控困难的深层次原因进行分析，最后从政府政策制定和公立医院内部管控两个角度提出耗占比管控的建议。
Abstract:
At present,the proportion of medical consumables remains high in public hospitals in China,and the high price of medical consumables,unreasonable use and imperfect management system are the direct reasons for the difficulties in the management and control of medical consumables.On this basis,this paper analyzes the deep-seated causes of the difficulties in the management and control of medical consumables proportion from the three dimensions of consumables themselves,stakeholders and interaction mechanism.Finally,puts forward suggestions on the management and control of medical consumables proportion from the perspectives of government policy formulation and internal control of public hospitals.
