摘要:
以慈溪市为例，探讨县域医共体的公共卫生工作情况。结果显示：慈溪市县域医共体公共卫生工作构架已基本形成，总体运行平稳，但总院与分院功能定位差异导致发展方向不一致，存在总院对公共卫生管理不到位的问题，分院担忧公共卫生工作弱化。因此需进一步探索建立符合医改方向的医共体公共卫生运行新机制。
Abstract:
Taking Cixi city as an example,and discusses the public health work in the county-level medical alliance.The results show that the framework of public health work in Cixi county-level medical alliance has been basically formed, and overall operation is stable. But the difference in the functional orientation between the general hospital and branch hospital leads to the inconsistency of the development direction.There is the problem that the public health management of the general hospital is not in place and the branch is worried about the weakening of public health work. Therefore, it is necessary to further explore a new mechanism of public health operation in the medical alliance in line with the direction of medical reform.
