摘要:
目的：从因病致贫人群的视角，探讨健康扶贫现状、问题和对策。方法：以贵州省新州镇因病致贫建档立卡家庭为访谈对象进行访谈，访谈结果经开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码，提取、归纳健康扶贫现状和问题，并提出相应对策。结果：经过三级编码，梳理出与健康扶贫相关的95个概念、12个范畴，形成1条故事线——健康扶贫成效显著，在很大程度上减轻了患病家庭经济负担，增加了就医信心，但受群体认知行为、疾病因素、制度供给碎片化以及基层医疗服务能力薄弱等影响，健康扶贫工作仍面临诸多困难。结论：加强健康扶贫政策宣传，激发因病致贫人群健
Abstract:
Objective This paper analyzes the status,problems and countermeasures of healthy poverty alleviation from the perspective of the poverty people due to illness.Methods Taking families of poverty due to illness in XZ Town of Guizhou Province as the object of interview,the interview results of the status,problems of poverty due to illness are extracted and summarized through open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Results After three levels of coding,95 concepts and 12 categories related to health poverty alleviation are sorted out, and one story line is formed-health poverty alleviation has achieved remarkable results,which has greatly reduced the financial burden of sick families and increased their confidence in seeking medical treatment. However,due to the influence of group cognitive behavior, disease factors,fragmented system supply and weak capacity of primary medical services,health poverty alleviation still faces many difficulties.Conclusion Strengthen the publicity of health poverty alleviation policies to stimulate the endogenous motivation of poverty alleviation due to illness;take the government as the lead and make joint efforts to promote the sustainability of health poverty alleviation work;strengthen the capacity building of primary medical services,so that it can give full play to the role of health "gatekeeper".
