摘要:
结合文献研究和实地调研，全面分析我国公共卫生投入产出存在的痛点，如公共卫生筹资增长趋缓、投入缺乏刚性约束，资金分配结构性失衡，资金使用效率不高、监管评价体系不够健全等，进而提出完善公共卫生投入的筹资机制、分配机制、使用机制、监督考核机制的策略。
Abstract:
Combined with literature research and spot investigation, this paper comprehensively analyzes the pain sports of public health input and output in China, such as the slow growth of public health financing,the lack of rigid constraints of investment,the structural imbalance of capital allocation,the low efficiency of the use of funds,the imperfect supervision and evaluation system,and so on.Then put forward the strategies to improve the financing mechanism, distribution mechanism,use mechanism, supervision and assessment mechanism of public health investment.
