摘要:
采用文本内容分析方法，以保障对象与评估标准、服务递送、保障待遇为分析框架，梳理我国针对失智老人的相关政策内容及特点，并提出建议：逐步扩大长期护理保险失智保障对象范围，建立统一的长期护理保险失智评估标准，构建多元协调的长期护理保险失智照护体系。
Abstract:
By using the method of text content analysis, taking the security object and evaluation standard, service delivery and security treatment as the analysis framework, this paper combs the relevant policies and characteristics for the demented elderly in China, and puts forward some suggestions: gradually expand the scope of long-term care insurance dementia protection objects, establish a unified long-term care insurance dementia evaluation standard, and build a multi-coordinated long-term care insurance dementia care system.
