摘要:
医疗机构内设养老机构是一种重要的医养结合模式。本文基于SWOT方法，对医疗机构内设养老机构的内部优势、内部劣势、外部机遇、外部威胁进行分析，提出医疗机构内设养老机构的医养结合发展策略：完善顶层设计和相关政策，健全激励机制和医养服务人员培训机制，发挥医养结合机构内部资源优势，调动医养服务人员积极性，倡导合理储蓄和购买商业健康保险，提升老年人支付能力，推动医疗机构内设养老机构的发展，为更多老年人提供一体化的医养服务。
Abstract:
The nursing institutions are establishing in medical institutions as an important mode of combination of medicine and care. Based on the SWOT method, this paper analyzes the internal strengths, internal weaknesses, external opportunities and external threats of the nursing institutions in medical institutions, and puts forward development strategy of the medical and nursing care combination of nursing institution in medical institutions: improve the top-level design and related policies, improve the incentive mechanism and the training mechanism of medical and nursing care combination service personnel, give full play to the advantages of internal resources of medical and care combination institutions, and mobilize the enthusiasm of medical and nursing care combination service personnel, advocate reasonable savings and purchase of commercial health insurance, enhance the ability of the elderly to pay, promote the development of nursing institutions in medical institutions, and provide integrated health care services for more elderly people.
