摘要:
江苏省积极探索政府引导、市场主导的医用耗材带量采购改革，通过省级联盟模式和地市“3+3”模式，对带量采购的医用耗材进行分组价格谈判，初步达到了降价的效果。未来可扩大医用耗材带量采购的范围，探索多元化谈判规则，实行政府行政分配为主导、医院自主分配并行的采购方式，以及灵活采购方式兜底，达到降价目的的同时，保障医用耗材的临床需求。
Abstract:
Jiangsu Province actively explores the government-guided and market-led reform of volume-based procurement of medical consumable materials, and carries out group price negotiations on medical consumable material with volume-based procurement through the provincial alliance mode and the prefecture-city "3+3" mode, and initially achieves the effect of price reduction. In the future,it can expand scope of volume-based procurement of medical consumable material,explore diversified negotiation rules, implement the procurement mode led by government administrative distribution and hospital own distribution, and flexible procurement subsidy methods.It can achieve the purpose of price reduction, and to ensure the clinical demand of medical consumable material at the same time.
