摘要:
医院智慧医疗结算的推行，为患者提供了多种缴费方式，缩短了就医时间，但随之而来的是医院在结算、退费以及对账流程中遇到了一些难题，如《收费日报表》格式陈旧、会计核算欠规范、退费制度不完善、数据对账困难等。对此，提出完善智慧医疗结算管理制度、降低医疗结算环节管理风险的建议。
Abstract:
The implementation of smart medical settlement in hospital has provided patients with multiple payment and shortens the time for medical treatment.However,the hospital has encounters some difficulties in the settlement,refund and reconciliation process,such as the outdated "Charge Daily Statement" format, the unstandardized accounting,the incomplete refund system, and the difficult reconciliation. n this regard,suggestions are made to improve the smart medical settlement management system and reduce the management risk of medical settlement.
