摘要:
民营医院是我国医疗卫生服务体系的重要组成部分，但其发展面临医疗技术、专业人才、社会公信力等一系列因素的困扰。本文总结通策医疗、爱尔眼科、博亚医院、美中宜和4家民营医院的经营经验，构建影响民营医院经营的关键成功要素模型，认为政策分析应对能力、医疗技术能力、人才获得能力、创新管理能力和市场驱动能力，是影响民营医院经营的关键成功要素，它们之间相互关联、互为保障，共同促进民营医院可持续发展。
Abstract:
Private hospitals are an important part of medical and health service system in China, but their development is faced with a series of barriers, such as medical technology, professionals, social credibility and so on. This paper summarizes the management experience of Tongce Medical, Aier Eye, Boya Hospital, Amcare and four private hospitals, and constructs a model of key success factors affecting the operation of private hospitals. It is considered that policy analysis and coping ability, medical technology ability, talent obtain ability, innovation management ability and market-driven ability are the key success factors affecting the operation of private hospitals, which are interrelated, guarantee each other and jointly promote the sustainable development of private hospitals.
