摘要:
目的：分析安徽省恶性肿瘤治疗费用的资金筹集、机构分配和服务功能等情况，为相关卫生政策的制定及卫生资源的合理配置提供参考依据。方法：基于“卫生费用核算体系2011”的理论和方法，对安徽省恶性肿瘤治疗费用进行核算和分析。结果：2018年安徽省恶性肿瘤治疗费用为73.84亿元，其年龄分布呈双峰型（50~54岁、65~69岁），疾病分布主要是消化器官恶性肿瘤（46.27%），不同年龄组的疾病分布差异较大，机构分布主要是医院和公共卫生机构，主要筹资来源是公共筹资（54.56%）和个人现金支付（31.51%）。结论：恶性肿瘤的疾病经济负担较大，需完善综合防治网络，针对特定人群加强干预措施，优化筹资结构，降低次均费用及个人支付比例，切实减轻恶性肿瘤患者及其家庭的疾病经济负担。
