摘要:
目的：分析某三甲医院恶性肿瘤住院患者的疾病特征及医疗费用。方法：回顾性分析该医院2015—2018年恶性肿瘤住院患者的病案首页信息，总结归纳疾病特征和医疗费用情况。结果：2015—2018年该医院共收入53 998例恶性肿瘤住院患者，患者人数前15位的恶性肿瘤共25 734例（占47.66%），恶性肿瘤患病人数、住院天数及住院费用在性别分布和年龄分布上都存在显著差异。结论：恶性肿瘤的疾病特征和医疗费用在性别、年龄分布中的差异，对当地制定恶性肿瘤的防治策略和医保政策，有重要的提示和参考意义。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze disease characteristics and medical expenses of inpatients with malignant tumor in a level A tertiary hospital.Methods Retrospective analysis the first page information of malignant tumor inpatients in this hospital from 2015 to 2018，and summarize the disease characteristics and medical expenses.Results From 2015 to 2018，this hospital received a total of 53 998 inpatients with malignant tumors，and the top 15 malignant tumors were 25 734 cases of all the inpatiens (47.66%).There are significant differences in the number of malignant tumor patients，hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses in terms of gender and age distribution.Conclusion The differences of disease characteristics and medical expenses in gender and age distribution of malignant tumors，and have important hints and reference for formulating local prevention and treatment strategies，and medical insurance policies for malignant tumors.
