摘要:
荷兰基层互联网医疗服务供给以全科医生为主，在线诊疗服务覆盖90%以上居民，但居民对互联网医疗服务的知晓度与利用度不高，全科医生对互联网医疗的使用意愿不强，主要原因是相关政策和医保支付制度改革滞后。据此，提出我国发展互联网医疗的建议：改革医保支付制度，将互联网医疗纳入医保支付范围；明确信息安全与医疗责任界定；推行线上线下协同诊疗；实现医疗产业全链条在线化。
Abstract:
The supply of primary Internet medical services in the Netherlands is mainly provided by general practitioners，and online diagnosis and treatment services cover more than 90% of residents，but residents' awareness and utilization of Internet medical services are not high，and general practitioners are not willing to use Internet medical services.The main reason is that the reform of relevant policies and health insurance payment system lags behind.On the basis of this，this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of Internet medical in China：reform the medical insurance payment system，bring Internet medical into the scope of medical insurance payment，define information security and medical responsibility，carrying out online and offline collaborative diagnosis and treatment and achieve the full chain of the medical industry online.
