摘要:
医疗卫生领域供给侧结构性改革可能给公立医院带来运行效率低下、负债率上升、成本居高不下等问题。对此，公立医院可以利用财务模式创新，提升供给侧结构性改革的水平：建立智能财务框架，推进智能化建设、业财融合、大数据分析，实现降本增效；提升资金管理水平，解决现代支付带来的问题，实现人工模拟结算与自动对账；创新财务模式，开拓惠民模块与智慧员工管理；建立财务共享中心，促进医联体的发展。
Abstract:
The supply-side structural reform in the medical and health field may bring some problems to public hospitals，such as low operating efficiency，rising debt ratio，high cost. In this regard，public hospitals can make use of financial model innovation to improve the level of supply-side structural reform：establish an intelligent financial framework，promote intelligent construction，integration of business and finance，and big data analysis to achieve cost reduction and efficiency enhancement；improve the level of fund management，solve the problems caused by modern payment，realize manual simulation settlement and automatic reconciliation；innovate financial model，develop social benefiting module and intelligent staff management，establish a financial sharing center，promote the development of medical alliance.
