摘要:
新医改以来，社会办医取得了长足发展，但同时也出现了发展不平衡的问题，主要原因是社会办医的经济运行监管机制缺失，相关政策在执行层面遭遇瓶颈。对此，要落实优惠政策，打破对社会办医的政策限制，完善社会办医经济运行监管机制，推动社会办医规范、健康、高质量发展。
Abstract:
Since the new medical reform, the non-governmental hospital has made great progress, but at the same time, there is also have the unbalanced development problem, mainly due to the lack of economic operation supervision mechanism of non-governmental hospital, which makes the relevant policies encounter bottlenecks in the implementation level. In this regard, it is necessary to implement preferential policies, break the policy restrictions on non-governmental hospital, improve the economic operation supervision mechanism of non-governmental hospital, and promote the standardized, healthy and high-quality development of non-governmental hospital.
