摘要:
针对传统风险管理方法存在的问题，基于对重大传染病巨灾风险成因和性质的分析，从风险衡量、风险控制和风险融资三个方面，提出改进职工医保重大传染病巨灾风险管理的实施路径和政策建议：在风险衡量中引入巨灾模型，在风险控制中引入大数据技术，在风险融资中引入医疗保险平衡机制。
Abstract:
In view of the problems existing in traditional risk management methods, based on analyzing the cause and nature of catastrophe risk of major infectious diseases, from three aspects of risk measurement, risk control and risk financing, this paper puts forward the implementation paths and policy suggestions to improve the catastrophe risk management of major infectious diseases in employee medical insurance: introducing catastrophe model into risk measurement, introducing big data technology into risk control, and introducing medical insurance balance mechanism into risk financing.
