摘要:: 民族地区农村医养结合面临老年人口自我养老能力低、家庭经济支持式微、医疗资源可及性差、养老服务人才短缺以及政府推进不积极等困境。本文基于内蒙古农牧区的调查，探讨适合我国民族地区农村医养结合的发展途径：因地制宜制定民族地区农村医养结合政策，完善医养结合的长效资金投入机制和家庭医养服务支持政策，提升农村医疗卫生服务能力，培养本土化医养结合服务人员，加强基本公共卫生服务和养老服务的有效供给，促进健康养老。

Abstract:: Medical-nursing combined in rural ethnic areas is facing with many difficulties, such as low self-supporting ability of the elderly, low family financial support level, poor accessibility of medical resources, shortage of old-age service talents and inactive promotion of the government. Based on the investigation of rural and pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia, this paper discusses the suitable development ways for medical-nursing combined in rural ethnic areas of China: formulate a policy on medical-nursing combined in rural ethnic areas according to local conditions, improve the long-term fund investment mechanism of medical-nursing combined and supporting policy of family medical-nursing service, enhance the capacity of medical and health services in rural areas, cultivate local medical and health care service staff, and strengthen the effective supply of basic public health services and nursing services to promote health care for the elderly.
