摘要:
加强运营管理是公立医院高质量发展的内在要求。公立医院运营管理体系的构建，要以满足患者和临床需求为出发点，在完善组织体系、制度体系、人才体系和信息化建设的基础上，运用管理会计工具，优化核心业务流程，通过完善制度、改善流程、资源配置、分析评价等手段，将运营管理转化为价值创造，推动核心业务与运营管理深度融合，从而促进公立医院经济运行提质增效。
Abstract:
Strengthening operation and management is the inherent requirement of high-quality development of public hospitals. The construction of the operation and management system of public hospitals should take meeting the patients' and clinical needs as the starting point, on the basis of perfecting the organizational system, institutional system, talent system and information construction, and using management accounting tools to optimize the core business process. By means of perfecting the system, improving the process, resource allocation, analysis and evaluation, transform the operation and management into value creation and promote the deep integration of core business and operation management, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the economic operation in public hospitals.
