摘要:
在加快推进“健康中国”发展战略新形势下，围绕“以人民健康为中心”的核心理念，阐述了公立医院高质量发展的时代背景和核心内涵。以浙江省人民医院的实践探索为蓝本，介绍医院以党建为统领，围绕“建高峰、强厚度、增体量” 探索高质量发展的实现路径，提出了找准功能定位、加强人才培养、强化绩效管理、注重人文关怀等大型公立医院高质量发展的对策思考。
Abstract:
Under the new situation of accelerating the development strategy of "healthy China" and around the core concept of "people's health-oriented", this paper explains the background and core connotation of the high-quality development of public hospitals. Based on the practice and exploration of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital, this paper introduces that the hospital takes the party building as the leadership, explores the realization path of high-quality development around "building peak, enhance thickness and increasing volume", and puts forward some countermeasures for the high-quality development of large public hospitals, such as finding the correct functional orientation, strengthening personnel training and performance management, paying attention to humanistic care, and so on.
