摘要:
医疗电子票据的全面推行，为医疗卫生行业制度性建设、体系性改进提供了数据资源，也为构建智慧医疗服务体系提供了保障。但医疗电子票据的全面应用受软件解决方案的多样性、业务需求的差异化、信息技术基础的不兼容等多种因素影响。本文以上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院为例，分析其医疗电子票据的应用实践，提出推进智慧财务管理的建议：提高医疗电子票据的社会接受度，规范财务信息填写原则，推动医疗电子票据标准化。
Abstract:
The comprehensive implementation of medical electronic bills is not only provides data resources for the institutional construction and system improvement of the medical and health industry, but also provides a guarantee for the construction of intelligent medical service system. However, the comprehensive application of medical electronic bills is affected by many factors, such as the diversity of software solutions, the differentiation of business requirements, the incompatibility of information technology foundation and so on. Taking Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine as an example, this paper analyzes the application practice of medical electronic bills, and puts forward some suggestions for promoting intelligent financial management: improving the social acceptance of medical electronic bills and standardizing the principle of filling in financial information, promoting the standardization of medical electronic bills.
