摘要:
传统的医药冷链供应链体系存在运作风险高、基础设施建设滞后、专业技能复合型人才匮乏、智能信息化水平低等问题,构建基于区块链的医用防疫应急物资冷链供应链体系,并在此基础上构建以运作模式协同、信息协同、信任协同、技术协同、利益协同为特征的协同运作机制,能够最大化满足重大突发公共卫生事件的防控救治需求,促进我国医药冷链供应链体系的不断完善。
Abstract:
The traditional pharmaceutical cold supply chain system has some problems, such as high operational risk, lagging infrastructure construction, lack of professional and skilled talents, low level of intelligent information and so on. Build a blockchain-based cold supply chain system for medical epidemic prevention emergency materials, and on this basis, build a cooperative operation mechanism featuring operation mode cooperation, information cooperation, trust cooperation, technology cooperation and benefit cooperation, which can maximize meet the needs for prevention, control and treatment of major public health emergencies and promote the continuous improvement of China's pharmaceutical cold supply chain system.
