摘要:
目的：为上海市老年健康服务资源供需匹配提供参考依据。方法：运用德尔菲法开展两轮专家咨询，确定指标体系，运用层次分析法计算各指标权重。结果：两轮问卷有效回收率70%以上，专家权威系数大于0.7，专家对问卷回应积极性较高，研究结果相对可靠，二轮函询后专家意见达成一致，最终形成包括6个维度45个三级指标的老年健康服务供给评价指标体系。结论：评价指标体系对老年健康服务政策制度的制定和调整具有一定的现实指导意义，但也应根据具体情况对评价指标体系进行动态调整，以切实反映老年人的健康服务需求。
Abstract:
Objective To provide reference for matching supply and demand of elderly health service resources in Shanghai. Methods Delphi method was used to carry out two rounds of expert consultation, the index system was determined, and the weight of each index was calculated by analytic hierarchy process. Results The effective recovery rate of the two round questionnaires was more than 70%, the expert authority coefficient was more than 0.7, the experts responded positively to the questionnaire, and the research results were relatively reliable. Finally, an evaluation index system of health service supply for the elderly was formed, which includes 6 dimensions and 45 third-level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system has a certain practical significance for the formulation and adjustment of the health service policy system for the elderly, but the evaluation index system should also be dynamically adjusted according to the specific situation to effectively reflect the health service needs of the elderly.
