摘要:
从理论上阐述了医疗服务价格形成机制的组成要素，通过与美国、英国、澳大利亚的系统对比，提出了我国基于相对价值技术与乘子因子方法的基本医疗服务价格形成机制改革建议，以减轻医疗服务定价压力，提高医疗服务价格的合理性。
Abstract:
This paper theoretically expounds the constituent elements of the price formation mechanism of medical services, and through the systematic comparison with the United States, Britain and Australia, this paper raises some suggestions for the reform of the price formation mechanism of basic medical services in China based on relative value technology and multiplier factor method, so as to reduce the pressure of medical service pricing and improve the rationality of medical service price.
