摘要:
药学门诊作为一项新兴事物，近几年在我国各级各类医院中有不少实践探索，但在标准统一、信息化、收费及处方权等方面尚待完善。药学门诊的国际经验显示，国家层面的政策规范指导、健全的电子病历系统、高效的预约随访机制、明确的药师处方权以及成熟的药学服务收费体系，是推动药学门诊发展的主要因素，值得借鉴。
Abstract:
As a new thing, pharmacist-managed clinic has been explored in many types of hospitals at all levels and types in China in recent years, but it still needs to be improved in terms of standardization, informatization, charging and prescription rights. The international experience of pharmacist-managed clinic shows that policy and normative guidance at the national level, perfect electronic medical record system, efficient appointment follow-up mechanism, clear prescription right of pharmacists and mature pharmaceutical service charge system are the main factors to promote the development of pharmacist-managed clinic, which are worth learning.
