摘要:
目的：调查老年群体对“互联网+医疗”的认知、使用和满意度情况，了解目前老年人对“互联网+医疗”的看法。方法：采用线上与线下相结合的问卷调查方式，采用spss20.0软件进行描述性统计学分析。结果：目前老年人对“互联网+医疗”的总体使用率较低，但使用满意度较高，安全性是其关注的重点。结论：加强“互联网+医疗”平台的适老化设计；推广工具类“互联网+医疗”平台的应用；加强监管，提高老年人对“互联网+医疗”的信任度；加强信息安全防护，保护老年人隐私。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the cognition, use and satisfaction of "Internet + Medical Care" among the elderly, and to understand their views on "Internet + Medical Care". Methods Online and offline questionnaires were used and spss20.0 software was used for descriptive statistical analysis. Results At present, the overall utilization rate of "Internet + Medical Care" for the elderly is low, but the use satisfaction is high, and safety is the focus of their attention. Conclusion Strengthen the aging design of "Internet + Medical Care" platform, promote the application of tool "Internet + Medical Care" platform, strengthen supervision, improve the trust of the elderly to "Internet + Medical Care", and strengthen information security protection, protect the privacy of the elderly.
