摘要:
基于技术接受模型，围绕用户对技术接受程度的影响因素，从健康焦虑、服务质量、隐私安全、操作难度、页面设计、技术焦虑以及价格7个维度，对智慧照护适老性问题展开分析，提出针对性建议：充分了解失能老人的需求结构，实现智慧照护供需结构匹配；加大智慧技术研发和宣传力度，提高产品适用性；加快护理及康复队伍建设，提高智慧照护服务质量；完善考核与监督机制，提升智慧照护满意度。
Abstract:
Based on the technology acceptance model, focusing on the influencing factors of users' acceptance of technology, this paper analyzes the problem of elderly oriented of intelligent care from seven dimensions: health anxiety, service quality, privacy security, operation difficulty, page design, technology anxiety and price, and puts forward related suggestions: fully understanding the demand structure of disabled elderly and realizing the matching of supply and demand structure of intelligent care, strengthening the development and propaganda of intelligent technology to improve the applicability of products; speeding up the construction of nursing and rehabilitation team to improve the quality of intelligent care service; improving the assessment and supervision mechanism to enhance the satisfaction of intelligent care.
