摘要:
以采供血机构人力资源配备为切入点,遵循“一定效率、供需匹配”的总体思路,以“高效履职”为导向,研制浙江省采供血机构人力资源配备模型,提出完善采供血机构人员配备和人事管理的策略建议:制定采供血机构人员编制标准,按临床红细胞类供血量配备专业技术人员;妥善解决采供血机构编外用人问题;优化采供血机构人员结构,逐步提高专业技术人员比例(占82%~86%)。
Abstract:
Taking the human resource allocation of blood collection and supply institutions as the starting point, following the general idea of "certain efficiency and matching between supply and demand", and guided by "perform their duties efficiently", the human resource allocation model of blood collection and supply institutions in Zhejiang Province is developed. This paper puts forward some strategic suggestions on how to improve the staffing and personnel management of blood collection and supply institutions: formulating the staffing standards of blood collection and supply institutions, equipping professional and technical personnel according to clinical red blood cell blood supply, properly solving the problem of non-staff employment in blood collection and supply institutions, optimizing the personnel structure of blood collection and supply institutions, and gradually increasing the proportion of professional and technical personnel (82%-86%).
