摘要:
随着医改的深入推进，公立医院必须全面加强内控建设。对此，H医院开展了“阳光内控平台”的数字化建设尝试，打破医院内部各业务环节的信息孤岛，规范业务流程，完善内控体系，确保医院支出全控、可控，有效减少和规避管理风险，助力医院可持续高质量发展。
Abstract:
With further promotion of medical reform, public hospitals must comprehensively strengthen internal control construction. In this regard, H Hospital launched a digital construction on "Sunshine Internal Control Platform", and try to break the information islands of various business links within the hospital, standardize business processes, improve the internal control system, ensure hospital expenditures are fully controlled and controllable, and effectively reduce and avoid management risks, and promote sustainable and high-quality development of the hospital
